Can I change my address or cancel order?

PLEASE be sure to take your time when entering your information for your purchase as we are not able to change your address once your order has been placed. 

Once your order and payment is processed there is no cancelation.

 

What is a pre-order?

A pre-order item is purchased in advance. Items ship out at the projected time frame and or specified date. Once your order is placed the production of your item purchased will begin.

 

How long is standard delivery?

Garments are shipped priority mail. (2-3 days based on where your items are being shipped)

Masks are shipped standard mail. (allow up to 4 business days for delivery)

 

How do I track my order?

Tracking info will be sent in shipping confirmation email once shipped out. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to be updated. 

 

What happens if my package is lost, damaged, or stolen?

After your order is processed and received by carrier we are no longer responsible for packages. If package is lost, damaged, or stolen please contact USPS for claims.
